3. Place your property in our website which is advertised locally in 20 Bus Benches strategically located in our targeted marketing or farming areas. No other agent in the area provides this service.

4. Place our recognizable "For Sale" sign on the property to enhance exposure with a rider directing buyers to our website in order for them to view the internet feature sheet brochure about your property and Virtual Tour of your home.

5. Arrange for high-resolution digital photography for your property.

6. Prepare Impressive Direct Mailing Advertising. We use large, high-quality pictures (up to 9 pictures per page), address, price, and complete information of your property.
